This book does hold a lot power, however having studied new age practices, I can see that this book has twisted the true power of the Bible and what it was meant for. The reason why this book informs its readers that you can either do good or cause harm with the power it unleashes is because the door that is being opened from this book is not from the power of the Holy Spirit. It has twisted the word of the Lord through the lens of the enemy. Becareful what you allow in. I am very well aware that free masons also use the Bible scriptures because it holds Power. Jesus himself has stated He is the way the light and the truth. What the book teaches is not different from the foundational practices of Yoga and New Age altogether.
